What to prepare before you call
Friendly advisors move faster when you already know the duty cycle. For crane packages, list tip-radius loads, boom length targets and whether the lift plan must follow ASME B30 practice. For excavators, note dig depth, bucket capacity (m³) and track shoe width on soft pads. Concrete pump inquiries should include vertical height, desired output capacity (t/h) and aggregate abrasion class so wear-plate kits are sized correctly. Rotary drilling questions need pile penetration depth and rotary drilling torque ranges from the geotech note.
If your site sits more than 100 km from a regional hub, say so — we will flag air-freight lead times for undercarriage and S-valve kits instead of promising Ex-Works stock that is not there. When emissions dossiers are mandatory, ask for EPA Tier 4 Final or EU Stage V serial documentation in the first message so engineering attaches the right binder pages. Night paving or urban demolition crews should also mention noise or dust limits; those constraints change which roller or high-reach excavator we recommend.
We cannot quote binding prices from this form alone. Transportation, customs clearance and on-site commissioning are scoped after the machine class is locked. Soft-ground outrigger mats, temporary power for electric accessories and operator training seats are optional line items — tell us if they belong in the first package or a later change order.
